Advanced Information

The practice of “I AM Infinite Love” is not inherently connected to the heart chakra, and has many different parts to it. Each breath is a movement and transformation of energy. From one place and form, to another place and form. The advanced application of this practice is about consciously choosing the direction and vibration of the energy transfer.

As you become more familiar with the practice, the different parts may naturally break apart and become apparent to you. I would advise sticking with the basic practice until this happens. If you try to focus on all the parts before then, you may become overwhelmed or get too stuck in your mind.

However, knowing the possibilities and where the basics lead can be helpful. Because of that, I felt it was important to list this information in an accessible place.

I'll use the “Thanks, Love” breath for the example.

The different parts of a single breath:

  • Type of in-breath

    • Thanks: focus on the vibration of gratitude.

  • In-breath: In most cases, the in-breath is a receiving of energy. It can begin in one area and end in another. This means there can be more than one subject of focus.

    • Origin of focus

      • What or whom are you thanking with this breath? What are you being thankful for?

        • Example: I am thankful for this gorgeous day!

    • Destination of focus

      • You are already receiving that which you are thankful for. Where in your body are you receiving it? You're whole body, or a specific part?

        • Example: I am receiving the beauty of this day into my heart chakra.

  • Mid-breath: between the in-breath and the out-breath, there is the option to hold your breath for a few seconds. This is an opportunity to focus on the energy you've received before you release it.

    • What would you like to do for the energy? How would you like to treat it?

      • Example: Sometimes I like to internally ‘hug’ the energy before I release it.

  • Type of out-breath

    • Love: focus on emitting the vibration of love

  • Out-breath: In most cases, this is a releasing or sending of energy. It begins with wherever you’re holding the energy from the in-breath, and can end in any intended location.

    • Origin of focus

      • Wherever you are holding the energy of the breath, this is your origin. As you breathe out, focus on releasing the energy from this location towards your destination.

        • Example: I release the love energy I’ve received from my heart chakra.

    • Destination of focus

      • Where are you sending the love energy to? Is it somewhere inside your body, or outside? What pattern is the energy flowing in? Is it a focused beam, a radiated sphere, or another shape? Note: As we each have the universe inside our bodies, emanating the love to your inner body is always a good choice.

        • Example: I radiate the love to my entire inner body in a sphere. I release it to travel as far as it wills.

When you put everything together from the example above, it can look like this:

In-breath:

I am thankful for this gorgeous day! I receive the love and beauty of this day into my heart chakra.

Mid-breath:

Thank you day, and I love you. *internally hugs the energy

Out-breath:

I love you universe, I send this love to you through my inner body. May this love travel wherever it wills, and to those who need it.

Advanced Energy Flow Meditation

For each part of this meditation, use the “Thanks, Love” breath. Additionally, spend as much time on each part of this meditation as you feel is right. Let your intuition be your guide as to when to move to the next step.

To begin, focus on your heart chakra with the “Thanks, Love” breath. This will increase energy flow, which is also why it is the breath used while learning this practice.

Next, move to each chakra in order focusing on it with the “Thanks, Love” breath, just as you do with your heart in the normal exercises.

Begin with your root chakra. Then move to the Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, and Crown as your intuition guides you.

Next, focus on your chakra system as a whole. As you breathe, envision all the chakras in your body. Thank them, and send love to them.

Then focus on channeling energy up from the earth through your root chakra with your breath. This is where the different parts of the breath mentioned above come into play. As you envision energy flowing up from the earth into your system, thank the energy with each inbreath and allow it to flow into your heart. As you breathe out, send the energy with love out of your system through your crown chakra.

After channeling energy from the earth, next begin with your crown and move downwards. Focus on channeling energy down through your crown. Thank the energy with each inbreath and allow it to travel to your heart. With each outbreath, send the energy with love out of your system through the root chakra.

Next, broaden your focus to both directions at the same time. On each inbreath, channel energy from your crown and your root into your heart at the same time. On the mid breath, feel the energies interacting and mixing. Then as you breathe out, send the energies with love out through your crown and root. Envision the energy that came from your root leaving through the crown, and the energy that came from your crown leaving through the root.

After this, focus on Source and with each inbreath thank Source for everything in your life, all of existence, and for just being. As you breath out, send love to Source for everything you are grateful for.

Repeat this process for all of the angels, archangels, guides, and friends that have helped you on your path. Thanking them for all they do as you breathe in, sending love as you breathe out.

Thank everything that made you who you are, and send all of it love.

Thank all of the disharmony for pointing the way to harmony, and send it love.

Thank everything in existence that you know of, and that you do not know of. Then send all of it love.

Finally focus on the energy flow through your body again. Thank all of the energy, and love the energy.

You’re done! See how you feel!
